| 摘要 |
目的 探析小儿腹泻护理中采取整体护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象为84例小儿腹泻患儿，抽取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月期间，按照随机数字表法将上述患儿分为参考组和实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者在整体护理，每组42例。对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组退热时间、止泻时间及住院时间显短于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组家长满意度显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿腹泻护理中采取整体护理能够显著缩短患儿的退热时间、止泻时间及住院时间，为此家长较为满意。此种方法值得推广于临床。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of holistic nursing in the care of pediatric diarrhea. Methods The study subjects were 84 children with diarrhea, selected from January 2022 to January 2023. The children were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received holistic care, with 42 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Results The experimental group had significantly shorter fever reduction time, diarrhea relief time, and hospitalization time compared to the reference group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting holistic nursing in the care of children with diarrhea can significantly shorten the fever reduction time, diarrhea relief time, and hospitalization time of the children, which makes parents more satisfied. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
