Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis who were treated in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing quality scores and treatment compliance scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group; The improvement of anxiety in patients was better than that in control group. The pain degree was less than that of control group. The incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, enhance patients psychological comfort and treatment cooperation, promote patients physiological rehabilitation, reduce pain symptoms, and reduce the incidence of complications.
