| 摘要 |
目的 探讨前瞻性护理对体检者静脉采血晕针发生率的影响。方法 选择2023年9月~2024年1月有静脉采血晕针史的120例体检者，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予前瞻性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组晕针发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采取前瞻性护理这种以患者为中心、注重预防和及时干预的护理模式，不仅有助于降低晕针的发生率，还能提高体检者对医疗服务的满意程度，增强医疗机构的专业形象与信誉。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of prospective nursing on the incidence of needle faintness in venous blood collection of physical examination subjects. Methods From September 2023 to January 2024, 120 patients with a history of intravenous blood collection were selected, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given prospective nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of acupuncture dizziness in observation group was lower than that in control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Adopting prospective nursing, which is patient-centered, pays attention to prevention and timely intervention, can not only help to reduce the incidence of acupuncture sickness, but also improve the satisfaction of the medical service, and enhance the professional image and credibility of medical institutions.
