探究纽曼保健系统模式在老年高血压病护理中的应用

| 摘要 |
目的 浅析老年高血压患者采用全过程优质护理纽曼保健系统模式进行护理指导，为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年8月收治的老年高血压患者160例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用纽曼保健系统模式，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者血压指标改善优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，护理后观察组依从性、认知能力、2-DSCS评分比对照组高，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年高血压患者实施纽曼保健系统模式的效果显著，有助于稳定患者的血压水平，提升患者的自我护理意识，改善日常作息和习惯，具有可推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the elderly hypertension patients using the whole process of quality nursing Newman health care system model for nursing guidance, to provide suggestions for patients healthy life. Methods 160 elderly hypertensive patients admitted from June 2023 to August 2024 were selected for basic nursing care in the control group; the observation group adopted the Newman health system model to compare the nursing effect. Results Patients in the observation group improved better than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05); moreover, compliance, cognitive ability and 2-DSCS score in the observation group, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the Newman health care system model for the elderly patients with hypertension has a remarkable effect, which is helpful to stabilize the blood pressure level of the patients, improve the patients self-care awareness, improve the daily work and rest and habits, and has the promotion value.
