| 摘要 |
目的 分析在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死（STEMI）患者治疗过程中实施胸痛中心优化护理管理的临床效果。方法 研究对象均确诊STEMI，数量为253例，均接受胸痛中心优化护理管理，比较管理前后患者心功能指标和生活质量指标差异。结果 相比于护理管理前，护理管理后患者的心功能指标和生活质量指标均发现显著改善（P＜0.05）。结论 在STEMI患者接受治疗过程中，实施胸痛中心优化护理管理可以改善患者的心功能，提升患者的生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of optimizing nursing management of chest pain center in the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods The study subjects all confirmed STEMI, 253 cases, all received optimized nursing management of chest pain center, and compared the differences between cardiac function index and quality of life index before and after management. Results Compared with before nursing management, the cardiac function index and quality of life index were found to improve significantly after nursing management (P <0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of STEMI patients, the implementation of optimized nursing management of chest pain center can improve their cardiac function and improve their quality of life, which is worth promoting.
