摘要	回顾了急性脑梗死患者接受静脉溶栓治疗发生出血转化的危害、改良早期预警评分（MEWS）的概念及发展，综述了MEWS在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗的国内外现状、对护理工作的意义，分析了MEWS在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗的前景与挑战，为MEWS在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗患者中的应用提供参考。
Abstract	This paper reviews the hazards of hemorrhagic transformation in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis, the concept and development of the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS), and summarizes the current status of MEWS in intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction both domestically and internationally, its significance for nursing work, and analyzes the prospects and challenges of MEWS in intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction. It provides a reference for the application of MEWS in patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction.
