| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨神经内科康复训练对患者康复的作用。选取 2024 年 1 月至 2025 年 1 月的 120 例神经内科患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，分别给予常规治疗及常规治疗联合康复训练。通过对比神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力评分等指标，评估康复训练效果。结果显示实验组在多项指标上显著优于对照组，表明神经内科康复训练可有效促进患者康复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of neurology rehabilitation training on patient rehabilitation. 120 neurology patients from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and given the rehabilitation training combined with conventional therapy and conventional therapy, respectively. The effect of rehabilitation training was evaluated by comparing the neurological deficit and activities of daily living. The results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in several indicators, indicating that the rehabilitation training in neurology can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
