| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析心理护理在门诊检验科静脉采血患者中的应用。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间，院内门诊检验科接受静脉采血的患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。整理患者出生日期，应用随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心理护理，对比两组心理状态，疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 心理护理可显著改善患者心理状态，疼痛程度以及护理满意度，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application of analytical nursing in patients undergoing venous blood collection in outpatient laboratory departments. Methods A total of 102 patients who received venous blood collection in the outpatient laboratory department of the hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Organize the patients date of birth and use a random number table method to randomly divide 102 patients into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received psychological nursing care. The psychological status, pain level, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve the psychological state, pain level, and nursing satisfaction of mixed individuals, and is worthy of promotion and application.
