Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode combined with supportive psychological intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection. Methods A total of 80 patients treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for this study, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing, and the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with supportive psychological intervention. The psychological state of the two groups was compared. Renal function level. Results After the two groups of patients were provided with different intervention measures, the psychological state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05. The renal function index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode combined with supportive psychological intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection can improve the psychological state of patients, improve the renal function index of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
