| 摘要 |
目的 分析在脑血管介入术护理中采用预见性护理的效果。方法 与2023年7月-2024年12月选择300例脑血管介入术患者开展研究，采用“随机数字表法”将患者均分入研究组（采用预见性护理，n=150）、参照组（常规护理，n=150），观察患者并发症发生情况及满意度并比较。结果 研究组护理后并发症发生率低于参照组，护理满意度比参照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑血管介入术中的患者采用预见性护理方法，可减少并发症的发生，提高护理满意度，采纳与推广价值高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive care in nursing care during cerebrovascular intervention. Methods From July 2023 to December 2024, 300 patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention were selected for research. The patients were divided into the study group (using predictive care, n=150) and the reference group (conventional care, n=150) by the "random number table method". The incidence of complications and satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared. Results The incidence of complications after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive care methods for patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention can reduce the occurrence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high adoption and promotion value.
