| 摘要 |
目的 探讨骨科患者应用人文关怀护理模式对患者护理满意度、护理质量影响。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年12月骨科收治患者78例，随机分为观察组（人文关怀护理模式）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比效果。结果 观察组护理质量、患者满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理模式可以将骨科护理质量有效提升，让患者更加满意护理效果，效果满意。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing model on patient nursing satisfaction and nursing quality in orthopedic patients. Methods A total of 78 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (humanistic care nursing model) and a control group (conventional care), with 39 cases in each group, to compare the effects. Results The nursing quality and patient satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic care nursing model can effectively improve the quality of orthopedic nursing, make patients more satisfied with the nursing effect, and the effect is satisfactory.
