| 摘要 |
目的 分析急性白血病患者行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术期间实施个性化护理的应用价值。方法 设定于2023年6月开始实验，至2024年6月结束，筛选该期间收治急性白细胞患者80例作为纳入对象，并进行1-80编号，取前40例实施常规护理（对照组），后40例实施个性化护理（观察组），观察应用后两组患者心理状态评分、护理质量评分、生活质量评分、不良事件发生率以及置管留置时间各项结果差异表现，分析应用价值。结果 两组患者行不同干预后相关数据指标存在明显差异性，且观察组皆优于对照组P﹤0.05。结论 急性白血病患者行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术期间配合个性化护理可明显提高护理质量，改善患者心理状态、生活质量，显示积极预防不良事件作用，值得采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of personalized care during transperipheral venous catheterization in acute leukemia patients. Methods set in June 2023, until June 2024,80 patients were included during this period, and 1-80 number, before 40 cases of routine care (control group), after 40 personalized nursing (observation group), observation after the application of patients psychological state score, nursing quality score, quality of life score, incidence of adverse events and the time, and analyze the application value. Results The relevant data indexes were obviously different, and the observation group was better than the control group, P﹤0.05. Conclusion Personalized leukemia can significantly improve the quality of nursing, improve the psychological state and the quality of life of patients, and show the positive effect of preventing adverse events, which is worth adopting.
