Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted surgical nursing in gynecological operating room. Methods experimental income samples are our hospital during November 2023 to November 2024 treated gynecological surgery patients, a total of 100 cases, computer randomization as the standard, the participants are divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine surgical care), observation group (targeted surgical care), the two groups of patients related index data of records, combined with statistical system observation, analyze the application value of targeted surgical nursing intervention. Results The anxiety and depression scores and pain degree of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the other group, and the heart rate and blood pressure data were better than those of the other group. The data of nursing satisfaction were more dominant compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance. Conclusion The targeted surgical nursing intervention for gynecological surgery patients can significantly relieve their bad mood, maintain their heart rate and blood pressure level, reduce the pain degree, improve the nursing satisfaction, and the overall effect is accurate and suitable for promotion.
