Objective To evaluate and analyze the application value of the rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) concept in the perioperative care of patients with limb fractures. Methods collected from September 2022 to September 2023 hospital admitted 80 limb fracture patients for the study, according to the different nursing plan into two groups, each group of 40 cases, the reference group routine care, research group based on the above, the concept of FTS optimized perioperative care, finally than the intervention effect difference between the two groups. The comparison data included: anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS) score, health survey brief table-36 (SF-36) score, and postoperative complications. Results After statistical analysis, it can be seen that the application and adoption of different nursing programs had a positive effect on patients, but the implementation plan of the research group was more excellent, and the values of patients were better in the other group (P＜0.05). Conclusion For the discussion of patients with limb fractures, using the FTS concept to carry out perioperative nursing work is the best choice, which can not only effectively improve the negative mood of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of reference.
