| 摘要 |
目的 探究早期集束化护理干预对ICU老年患者谵妄的效果。方法 择取2022年6月-2024年6月在本院治疗的ICU老年谵妄患者中的60例为研究对象，依照不同护理方式予以分组，常规护理干预的对照组（30例），早期集束化护理干预的观察组（30例），从谵妄持续时间、心理状态、精神状态、ICU住院时间、护理满意度展开数据研究。结果 观察组患者心理状态评分、精神状态（MMSE）评分明显优于对照组，谵妄持续时间、ICU住院时间更短，护理满意度更高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 早期集束化护理干预对ICU老年患者谵妄的护理效果显著，有效促进ICU老年患者谵妄病情转归，改善患者心理状态和精神状态，缩短ICU住院时间，建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of early cluster nursing intervention on elderly ICU patients. Methods Select 60 cases of elderly ICU patients treated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024, grouped in different nursing methods, the control group (30 cases), the observation group of early cluster nursing intervention (30 cases), from the duration of treatment, mental state, mental state, ICU hospitalization, and nursing satisfaction. Results Patients in the observation group had significantly better mental state and mental state (MMSE) scores than the control group, ICU duration was shorter, and nursing satisfaction was higher, P <0.05, which showed a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Early cluster nursing intervention has a significant effect on the ICU elderly patients, effectively promoting the outcome of ICU elderly patients, improving the psychological and mental state of patients, shortening the length of ICU hospitalization, and it is suggested to promote and apply it.
