| 摘要 |
冠状动脉搭桥术（CABG）是治疗严重冠心病的一种有效外科手段。随着医疗技术的进步，手术成功率和患者预后得到了显著提升。然而，成功的手术不仅依赖于外科医生的专业技能，还与手术室内多学科团队的高效协作密切相关。本文综述了国内外关于冠状动脉搭桥术手术室护理协作模式的研究进展，分析了当前存在的问题，并提出了改进策略。

| Abstract |
Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is an effective surgical method for the treatment of severe coronary heart disease. With the advancement of medical technology, the success rate of surgery and the prognosis of patients have been significantly improved. However, successful surgery depends not only on the expertise of the surgeon, but also on the efficient collaboration of the multidisciplinary team in the operating room. In this paper, the research progress of nursing cooperation mode in operating room of coronary artery bypass grafting at home and abroad is reviewed, the existing problems are analyzed, and the improvement strategies are put forward.
