| 摘要 |
目的 探究静脉采血过程中穿刺角度对疼痛感的影响，为降低采血患者疼痛程度提供科学依据。方法 于2024年1月至12月，选取在河北省张家口市宣化区疾病预防控制中心体检的20000名人员作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组，每组各10000人。对照组采用常规穿刺角度（15°-30°）进行静脉采血，实验组采用优化后的穿刺角度（45°-60°）。观察并对比两组患者采血时的疼痛程度以及一次穿刺成功率。结果 实验组患者疼痛程度显著低于对照组（P<0.05），一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在静脉采血过程中，采用45°-60°的穿刺角度可有效降低患者疼痛感，提高一次穿刺成功率，值得在临床采血操作中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of puncture Angle on pain during venous blood collection and provide scientific basis for reducing the pain degree of patients with blood collection. Methods From January to December 2024,20000 persons who were examined in Xuanhua District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province were selected as research subjects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, with 10000 people in each group. For the control group(15-30)and the optimized puncture Angle(45-60).The pain degree and the success rate of one puncture between the two groups. Results The pain level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of one puncture was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of venous blood collection, the puncture Angle of 45-60 can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the success rate of one puncture, which is worth popularizing and applied in clinical blood collection operation.
