Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of specialized nursing combined evidence-based nursing intervention in gestational hypertension patients. Methods 60 patients with gestational hypertension in hospital (number of samples: 60 patients; time of inclusion: May 2023 to May 2024) were selected, divided into control and experimental groups and highly consistent. Routine nursing, specialized nursing combined evidence-based nursing intervention was implemented separately. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), lower quality of life outcomes, higher scores (role / emotional function / cognitive / social / physical / overall health), lower negative mood scores (anxiety / depression), and lower blood pressure levels (systolic / diastolic pressure) (P <0.05). Conclusion Specialized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational hypertension, promote the reduction of negative mood, improve the quality of life, and have high application value.
