Objective To investigate the current status of rehabilitation research on patients with severe skull fractures and the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. Methods From June 2022 to June 2024, 60 patients with severe skull fractures treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time. The control group (30 cases) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (30 cases) received rapid rehabilitation surgical care. Results The SAS score, SDS score, VAS score, and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with shorter hospitalization time and lower incidence of complications, P＜0.05, The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Severe skull fractures are common in clinical practice, and patients recovery requires a certain amount of time. Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing has a significant effect on promoting the recovery of patients with severe skull fractures, and the application effect is good.
