Schizophrenia is a severe mental disease, many patients have prodromal symptoms before onset. Understanding the risk factors, especially genetic factors, early symptom identification, diagnosis and early intervention is of great significance to reduce the incidence and prognosis of schizophrenia. This article summarizes from many aspects, clarifies the factors of schizophrenia, and provides the basis for finding a more suitable screening method for the ultra-high risk group of schizophrenia and appropriate early intervention.
