| 摘要 |
目的 探讨Caprini风险评估模型联合分级护理模式对下肢静脉曲张患者术后康复效果的影响。方法 选择2024年6月~2024年12月我科收治的下肢静脉曲张患者62例作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（在常规护理基础上给予Caprini风险评估模型联合分级干预），各31例。对比两组的临床疗效。结果 干预后观察组WHOQOL-BREF量表评分较干预前显著改善且优于对照组（P<0.05），同时观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用Caprini风险评估模型联合分级护理模式对下肢静脉曲张患者进行术后康复护理效果明显，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of Caprini risk assessment model combined graded nursing model on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with varicose veins. Methods 62 patients with lower extremity varicose veins admitted to our department from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects, and divided into control group (routine care) and observation group by random number table method (combined graded intervention of Caprini risk assessment model on the basis of routine care), with 31 cases each. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The WHOQOL-BREF scale score in the post-intervention observation group was significantly improved and better than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Caprini risk assessment model and graded nursing model is effective in postoperative rehabilitation care for patients with varicose veins, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
