[Abstract] Objective: To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of nurses in NICU. Methods: 59 cases of nurses in NICU from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. The mental health status of nurses in NICU was investigated by questionnaire survey, and the related factors influencing the mental health status were identified. Compared with the related factors of domestic norm, the psychological factors of SCL-90 scale, the satisfaction degree of nursing work, the score of nursing enthusiasm and nursing care were analyzed Physical quality score and the incidence of job burnout. Results: the scores of total item, somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, depression and fear of NICU nurses were lower than the domestic norm (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in the scores of interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, paranoia and psychoticism between the two groups (P > 0.05); the total satisfaction of nursing work was 98.31%; the score of nursing enthusiasm was The nursing quality score was (96.11 ± 3.12), the basic nursing score was (94.81 ± 3.08), the safety nursing was (96.53 ± 4.48), the service attitude was (96.72 ± 4.39) and the professional skill was (97.84 ± 5.13). The incidence of job burnout was 1.69%. Conclusion: through the analysis of the psychological health status of NICU nurses, the related factors affecting the mental health status were analyzed, and targeted prevention strategies were given to improve the degree of attention and strengthen psychological counseling, so as to alleviate their anxiety, depression and tension to the greatest extent, improve their work enthusiasm, reduce the incidence of job burnout, and then continuously improve the quality of work.
