Objective To analyze the medical value of applying high-quality nursing services in the clinical nursing plan for endocrine patients. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 100 patients who visited the endocrinology department of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group of 50 cases receiving routine care and an observation group of 50 cases receiving high-quality nursing services. The HAMA anxiety score, HAMD depression score, chronic disease stigma score, SPS self-burden score, and HHI hope level score of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). However, after nursing, the HAMA anxiety score, HAMD depression score, and SPS self-burden score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the HHI hope level score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in the clinical nursing plan for endocrine patients can regulate their negative psychology, reduce their self-burden, and improve their hope level, thereby enabling them to face the disease positively.
