| 摘要 |
目的 浅析肿瘤患者采用综合护理进行住院期指导，为提升患者生活质量提供指导建议。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的肿瘤患者80例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用综合护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者不良情绪评分低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组患者生活质量（QLQ-C30）评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肿瘤患者实施综合护理的效果显著，有助于改善缓解患者的治疗压力，提升生活质量，故具有推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing of cancer patients for inpatient guidance, to provide guidance and suggestions for improving the quality of life of patients. Methods Select 80 tumor patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024, and the control group; the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing to compare the nursing effect. Results The bad mood score of the observation group was lower than the control group and statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, the quality of life (QLQ-C30) score was higher than that in the control group, with significant contrast differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing comprehensive nursing for cancer patients is remarkable, which is helpful to improve and relieve the treatment pressure of patients and improve the quality of life, so it has promotion value.
