摘要
【摘要】目的:观察分析人性化管理模式对手术室护理工作人员效能感、心理状态的影响。方法:于2019年08月--2020年08月在本院手术室从事护理工作的80例工作人员作为观察对象,并将之分为常规组(常规管理)、研究组(人性化管理模式干预),各40例。结果:研究组自我效能感评分更高,负性心态评分更低,与常规组差异显著(p<0.05);研究组满意度高于常规组,且护理差错少于常规组(p<0.05)。结论:对手术室护理工作人员加强人性化管理模式干预,可进一步增强其自我效能感,减轻其负性心态,避免护理差错,赢得手术室护理工作人员青睐。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of humanized management mode on the efficacy and psychological state of nursing staff in operating room. Methods: from August 2019 to August 2020, 80 nursing staff in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the observation objects, and they were divided into routine group (routine management) and research group (humanized management mode intervention), 40 cases in each group. Results: the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher, and the score of negative mentality was lower, which was significantly different from that of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the nursing errors were less than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to strengthen the humanistic management mode intervention of operating room nursing staff can further enhance their self-efficacy, reduce their negative mentality, avoid nursing errors, and win the favor of operating room nursing staff.
