本文聚焦于沟通能力提升与门诊服务质量的关联展开探讨。阐述提升医护人员沟通能力在优化门诊服务流程、增强患者满意度等方面的重要性。通过分析沟通能力提升对信息传递准确性、医患信任建立以及患者依从性的影响,揭示其在提高门诊服务质量中的关键作用。同时,探讨提升沟通能力的策略与途径,为改善门诊服务质量提供理论参考与实践指导,助力医疗行业在提升服务水平上取得新进展。
Abstract
This paper focuses on the exploration of the relationship between the improvement of communication skills and the quality of outpatient services. It elaborates on the importance of enhancing the communication skills of medical staff in optimizing the outpatient service process and increasing patient satisfaction. By analyzing the impact of improved communication skills on the accuracy of information transfer, the establishment of doctor - patient trust, and patient compliance, it reveals the crucial role of communication skills in improving the quality of outpatient services. At the same time, this paper explores strategies and approaches to improve communication skills, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the quality of outpatient services, and helping the medical industry to make new progress in enhancing service levels.
