Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on coagulation index and perioperative pain in patients with pelvic fracture. Methods A randomized controlled single-blind clinical trial was designed from October 2022 to October 2023. Among the pelvic fracture patients admitted in the current period, 90 patients were randomized according to 1∶1 ratio, and each group was included (n=45). The group providing routine care services was named the reference group; the group providing comprehensive care services was named the study group to finally evaluate the efficacy effect under different intervention strategies. Compare the differences in VAS score, coagulation index level, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results All the indicators in the study group, P ＜0.05. Conclusion In the horizontal selection of clinical nursing plan for patients with pelvic fracture, it is suggested to adopt comprehensive nursing intervention strategy first. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce VAS score and improve the coagulation function of patients; on the other hand, it can greatly promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
