| 摘要 |
目的 浅析支气管镜介入治疗患者采用精细化护理进行治疗指导，提升患者治疗舒适度和满意度。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的支气管镜介入治疗患者90例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用精细化护理，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者治疗舒适度评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对支气管镜介入治疗患者实施精细化护理的效果显著，有助于提升患者治疗的舒适度和满意度，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To guide patients with careful nursing in bronchoscopy interventional treatment to improve their treatment comfort and satisfaction. Methods 90 patients from January 2024 to December 2024, the control group and the observation group used fine care to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The treatment comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, significantly different (P <0.05); moreover, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of fine nursing for patients with bronchoscopy interventional therapy is remarkable, which is helpful to improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients in treatment, and the intervention effect is accurate.
