| 摘要 |
目的 探究大面积烧伤患者开展完全胃肠外营养的护理效果。方法 选择我院在2023年1月份至2024年1月份收治的25例大面积烧伤患者进行研究，所有患者均提供完全胃肠外营养，分析患者治疗前后的营养指标，评估患者的并发症发生率。结果 干预后，患者的体重、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平明显得到改善，P<0.05，患者未出现并发症，说明治疗有效。结论 针对于大面积烧伤的患者而言，提供完全胃肠外营养期间，给予有效的护理干预，可以改善患者的体重、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平，同时降低患者发生并发症，值得推广实施。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of total parenteral nutrition in patients with large area burn. Methods A total of 25 patients with large-scale burn treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for study. All patients were provided with complete parenteral nutrition. The nutritional indexes of patients before and after treatment were analyzed to evaluate the incidence of complications. Results After intervention, the levels of body weight, serum albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly improved (P<0.05), and there were no complications, indicating that the treatment was effective. Conclusion For patients with large area burns, effective nursing intervention during the provision of complete parenteral nutrition can improve the levels of body weight, serum albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride, and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients, which is worthy of promotion and implementation.
