| 摘要 |
目的 分析优质护理在消化内科住院患者中对缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪的效能。方法 选取月消化内科住院患者80例，随机分为观察组（优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果 观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，生活质量、护理满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理可有效改善消化内科住院患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，改善生活质量，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the efficacy of high-quality nursing in relieving anxiety and depression of inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology. Methods 80 inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology were randomly divided into observation group (quality nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 40 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology, improve the quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction.
