| 摘要 |
目的 探究精细化护理对肺结核围术期患者肺功能的影响进行讨论。方法 选择我院在2023年6月份至2024年5月份收治的80例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组精细化护理，对比两组患者的肺功能指标；评估患者的生活质量。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者的肺功能指标优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者的生活质量，实验组患者生活质量高于对照组，p<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 为肺结核围术期患者提供精细化护理，可以改善患者的肺功能指标，提升患者的生活质量，满足患者的护理需求，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of refined nursing on lung function in perioperative patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Eighty gpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received refined care. The lung function indicators of the two groups of patients were compared; Assess the patients quality of life. Results After providing different nursing measures, the lung function indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05, Comparing the quality of life of patients, the experimental group had a higher quality of life than the control group, p<0.05, Has statistical significance. Conclusion Providing refined nursing care for perioperative patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve their lung function indicators, enhance their quality of life, and meet their nursing needs, which is worthy of promotion.
