| 摘要 |
目的 在烧伤整形外科患者的护理中，实施预防护理干预的价值。方法 纳入我院烧伤整形外科2023年8月—2024年10月100例患者，随机取样法分组处理，每组50例。对照组给予常规干预，观察组实施预防护理。结果 （1）观察组创面愈合质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）。（2）观察组创面完全愈合所需时间较短，创面感染发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 预防护理在烧伤整形外科的应用，可有效降低创面感染发生率，降低患者疼痛程度而提高创面愈合质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of implementing preventive nursing interventions in the care of burn plastic surgery patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with burn and plastic surgery in our hospital from August 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received preventive care. Results (1) The quality of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). (2) The observation group had a shorter time required for complete wound healing and a lower incidence of wound infection compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of preventive nursing in burn plastic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of wound infection, reduce patient pain, and improve the quality of wound healing.
