Objective To discuss the clinical value of quality care in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients from January 2024-January 2025 as the study object, the difference between nursing intervention assisted clinical treatment, routine nursing, excellent nursing care, compared the two groups, recorded and analyze the study data to determine the difference between groups. Results The overall incidence of complications was lower than the study group compared with the reference group (P <0.05); the patient quality of life score was higher than the reference group (P <0.05); the negative mood score showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), and the post-care data was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the patient satisfaction was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing in thoracic surgery nursing is remarkable, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, relieve negative emotions, improve nursing satisfaction, and achieve clinical effect, and has high clinical application value.
