| 摘要 |
目的 分析肝胆外科围术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 选取2024年1月到2025年1月的70例肝胆外科围术期患者进行研究，应用双盲法划分小组，包括对照组与实验组，每组35例。给予对照组常规外科围手术期护理，实验组联合应用常规护理与快速康复外科理念，比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的临床干预效果显著，护理满意度高，并发症发生率低，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复外科理念在肝胆外科围术期护理中的应用，有助于提高临床干预效果，保证治疗安全，患者满意度高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients in perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind method, including control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgery perioperative nursing, and the experimental group was combined with routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgery. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical intervention effect of the experimental group was significant, nursing satisfaction was high, and complication rate was low, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of hepatobiliary surgery is helpful to improve the effect of clinical intervention, ensure the safety of treatment and high patient satisfaction.
