| 摘要 |
目的 分析骨质疏松症（OP）患者采取延续性护理的效果。方法 选取本院于2023年5月至2024年8月该时间段收治的OP患者100例，将其作为本次研究对象，采取随机方式将研究对象划分为观察组（延续性护理）和对照组（常规护理）各50例，对比两组护理效果（自护能力、生活质量、护理满意度）。结果 观察组在自我护理责任感等护理能力、心理功能等生活质量、护理工作态度等护理满意度方面评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于OP患者来讲，其实施延续性护理既可以有效提升患者的自护能力，而且也可以改善患者的生活质量，同时提升护理满意度，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care in patients with osteoporosis (OP). Methods 100 OP patients admitted to our hospital during this period from May 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study. The subjects were randomly divided into observation group (continuous care) and control group (routine care) with 50 cases each, and the nursing effects (self-care ability, quality of life, nursing satisfaction) of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing ability such as self-care responsibility, quality of life such as psychological function, nursing work attitude and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For OP patients, the implementation of continuous nursing can not only effectively improve patients self-care ability, but also improve patients quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction, with good results.
