| 摘要 |
目的 探析基于快速康复外科理念的护理措施在甲状腺乳头状癌手术中的应用。方法 时间：2024年1月至2024年12月，对象：院内接受甲状腺乳头状癌手术的患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用基于快速康复外科理念的护理，对比两组并发症发生率，生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 基于快速康复外科理念的护理可显著改善患者并发症发生率，生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application of nursing measures based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation in papillary thyroid cancer. Methods time: January 2024 to December 2024, target: 102 patients undergoing hospital papillary thyroid cancer surgery, group: randomized into control group and observation group. The control group adopted routine care, and the observation group used care based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, comparing the complication rate and quality of life between the two groups. Results The observed group was better than the control group with P <0.05. Conclusion Nursing care based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the complication rate and the quality of life.
