【摘要】目的：观察分析基于同理心的心理护理干预对青光眼手术患者焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪的影响。方法：以154例青光眼手术患者作为观察对象，均纳入于2019年09月--2020年09月。按照随机对照原则要求，结合数字随机表法，将观察主体划分成对照的两个小组并分别命名为常规组（常规护理）、研究组（基于同理心的心理护理干预），各77例。结果：研究组干预后焦虑心理评分、抑郁心理评分显著低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组总满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：对青光眼手术患者实施基于同理心的心理护理干预措施，可进一步减轻其焦虑抑郁程度，赢得患者信任和好感，这对于后续治疗工作顺利开展具有重大意义，值得引起临床重视并大范围推广普及。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of psychological intervention on depression of patients with glaucoma. Methods: 154 patients with glaucoma surgery were selected as the observation objects, all of them were included from September 2019 to September 2020. According to the principle of randomized control, combined with the method of digital random table, the observation subjects were divided into two control groups, and named the routine group (routine nursing) and the research group (psychological nursing intervention based on empathy), with 77 cases in each group. Results: after intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05); the total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of psychological nursing intervention based on empathy for patients with glaucoma surgery can further reduce their anxiety and depression, win the trust and favor of patients, which is of great significance for the smooth development of follow-up treatment, which is worthy of clinical attention and wide popularization.
