[Abstract]Objective:To study the effect of hypnotherapy on sleep quality and neurotransmitters in elderly patients with insomnia and anxiety.methods:118 elderly patients with insomnia and anxiety in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (routine treatment) and observation group (using hypnotherapy on the basis of control group), 59 cases in each group, continuous intervention for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks of intervention, the clinical efficacy, sleep quality (PSQI) and anxiety level (HAMA) of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed.Parameters of sleep process Neurotransmitter levels [dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE)]And the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53%, which was significantly higher than 77.97% of the control group (P < 0.05),PSQI score and HAMA score in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and after intervention in the control group (P < 0.05),After the intervention, the total sleep time, REM sleep time and sleep efficiency in the observation group were higher than those before and after the intervention in the control group (P < 0.05), and the sleep latency and awakening time were significantly lower than those before and after the intervention in the control group (P < 0.05),The levels of Da, 5-HT and NE were significantly higher than those before intervention and after intervention in control group (P < 0.05),No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion:The effect of hypnotherapy on insomnia patients with anxiety is obvious, which can improve the sleep quality of patients, relieve the degree of anxiety, and is conducive to the recovery of neurotransmitters in the body to normal, and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
