Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in the surgical nursing safety of patients with cerebral thrombosis in neurosurgery. Methods random screening of our neurosurgery received 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis as the analysis object, through the random numerical table method into observation group and control group each 30 cases, two groups of patients accept surgical treatment, treatment for control group routine nursing management, give observation group details nursing management, comparative analysis of two groups of nursing management effect. Results The quality of nursing management and patient compliance score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, the recovery effect of the patients was better than that of the control group, and the final life activity ability of the patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of detail management to the safety management of surgical care for patients with cerebral thrombosis in neurosurgery can further improve the quality of clinical care, enhance patients medical compliance behavior, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery of patients body, and improve the quality of life of patients.
