| 摘要 |
目的 观察手术室护理在降低手术压力性损伤发生率中的应用效果。方法 随机筛选2023年12月至2024年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的患者60例。经过随机数字表法分成两组进行护理研究,组别为观察组和对照组各有30例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组开展手术室护理干预，将两组护理效果进行详细对比与分析。结果 观察组患者术后肘部、骶尾部以及肩胛骨等部位发生的压力性损伤均少于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在预防手术压力性损伤发生中开展手术室护理干预，可有效提升临床护理服务质量，减少压力性损伤发生，减轻患者病痛折磨。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the application effect of operating room nursing in reducing the incidence of surgical pressure injuries. Methods Sixty patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 were randomly selected. They were divided into two groups for nursing research by random number table method, namely the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received operating room nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed in detail. Results The incidence of pressure injuries in the elbow, sacrococcygeal region, and scapula of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of operating room nursing intervention in the prevention of surgical pressure injuries can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, reduce the occurrence of pressure injuries, and alleviate the suffering of patients.
