Objective To study the cooperation of midwives in analgesia and analyze their nursing effect and value. Methods 90 women from May 2023 to May 2024 were included in the scope of this study, and were randomly divided into two groups: observation and control, with 45 women in each group. Among them, the control group implemented routine nursing measures, while the observation group used the analgesic delivery care led by midwives in the delivery room. The duration of labor and the birth status of the two groups and the nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results Through analysis and comparison, it was obvious that the labor time and neonatal production status and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion In the analgesic delivery surgery, the effective coordination and scientific nursing intervention measures through the delivery room midwife can effectively shorten the maternal labor time and other related indicators, and the effect is obvious.
