Objective With the continuous development of medical technology and the increasing complexity of operating room nursing work, the application of the team collaboration model in operating room nursing has become particularly important. This paper aims to explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of the team collaboration model in operating room nursing, in hopes of providing a reference for improving the quality of operating room nursing. Methods This study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. The operating room nursing team of our hospital was selected as the research subject, and data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Results After implementing the team collaboration model, the surgical success rate significantly increased, and patient satisfaction was also improved. The team collaboration model effectively reduced the incidence of surgical complications and improved the quality of patient recovery. The team collaboration model made nursing services more meticulous and thoughtful, and patient satisfaction with nursing services continued to increase. Conclusion The team collaboration model has significant application value in operating room nursing, which can effectively improve surgical success rates, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance the quality of nursing services. When implementing the team collaboration model, it is important to strengthen communication skills training among team members to overcome potential issues that may arise in the collaboration process.
