Objective To evaluate the application effect of intelligent visualization and precise ear acupressure therapy in menopausal insomnia patients. Methods 88 menopausal insomnia patients treated in our hospital between 01 / 2024 and 12 / 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups of 44 patients each. Patients in the control group received oral alprazolam tablets, and the observation group added intelligent visualization to the treatment in the control group. Treatment outcomes were compared between the two patient groups. Results Analysis results show that the observation group of patients with sleep disorders improvement time significantly shorter than the control group, the improvement of sleep quality is better than the control group, anxiety caused by insomnia compared with the control group, the hormone level adjustment effect and quality of life score are better than the control group, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Intelligent visualization and precise ear acupressure intervention have shown significant effects in the treatment of menopausal insomnia patients, which can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, accelerate the improvement of patients sleep disorders, alleviate patients negative emotions, enhance disease control effects, optimize patients hormone levels, and significantly improve patients quality of life.
