Objective To analyze the significance of the establishment of affectionate nursing service model in operating room nursing in the care of patients with femur fracture. Methods a total of 100 test subjects were included in the study, all of whom were patients with femur fracture who came to the hospital for surgical treatment from 2024.01 to 2025.01, and the included patients were randomly sorted from No. 1 to No. 100 according to Excel, and the patients with odd-numbered sequences were included in the control group (patients categorized in this group were subjected to the routine nursing care in the operating room, n=50), and the patients with even-numbered sequences were included in the experimental group ( All patients categorized to this group underwent operating room intimate care service model, n=50). Psychological stress, hip pain, joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had lower anxiety scores, depression scores and hip pain scores, and higher joint function scores and quality of life scores than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of the operating room affectionate care service model assisted in the surgical treatment session of femur fracture patients can reduce the psychological stress reaction and the degree of hip pain, and improve the function of the hip joint and the quality of life.
