| 摘要 |
目的 探讨细节管理在麻醉复苏室护理中的研究。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年12月期间收治的接受手术麻醉治疗的患者100例为研究对象。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规麻醉护理方法）和观察组（50例，采用细节管理），对比两组的护理管理效果。结果 观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组在麻醉苏醒评分、苏醒时间、平均交接时间以及护理差错事件均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在麻醉复苏室护理中采用细节管理策略，能有效加速患者麻醉恢复进程，提高患者满意度，并减少并发症的出现。值得在临床护理管理中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Research on detail management in anesthesia resuscitation room nursing. Methods Select 100 patients who received surgical anesthesia treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, using conventional anesthesia nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, using detailed management), and the nursing management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had lower anesthesia recovery scores, recovery time, average handover time, and nursing error events than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting detailed management strategies in anesthesia recovery room nursing can effectively accelerate the patients anesthesia recovery process, improve patient satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing management.
