| 摘要 |
目的 分析人性化护理在职业病病人中的应用。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年12月至2024年12月期间收治职业病病人，共计人数60例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（人性化护理干预），对实施过程中两组病人相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析人性化护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组病人焦虑、抑郁评分低于另一组，生活质量数据及护理满意度数据相比另一组均呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 职业病病人实施人性化护理干预可明显缓解其不良情绪，维护生活质量，提高护理满意度，整体效果确切，适合推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application of humanized nursing in occupational disease patients. Methods The experimental income samples were all occupational disease patients admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024, with a total of 60 cases. The participants were randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization as the standard, namely the control group (conventional nursing) and the observation group (humanized nursing intervention). The relevant indicator data of the two groups of patients during the implementation process were sorted and recorded, and compared and observed with the statistical system to analyze the application value of humanized nursing intervention. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the other group, and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction data showed a higher advantage compared to the other group. The inter group comparison had a P value<0.05, indicating statistical significance. Conclusion Implementing humanized nursing interventions for occupational disease patients can significantly alleviate their negative emotions, maintain their quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction. The overall effect is definite and suitable for promotion.
