| 摘要 |
目的 分析在新形势下应用持续质量改进模式对眼科护理管理质量的影响。方法 本次研究时间为2023年5月-2025年5月，我院眼科自2023年5月起实施持续质量改进模式，分别于实施前后各抽取50例患者作为研究对象，均由同1组护理人员实施护理，共计15名，对比实施前后护理管理质量评分、护理人员综合素养评分以及患者对护理的满意度。结果 实施持续质量改进模式后，护理管理质量评分较、护理人员综合素养评分及患者对护理的满意度较实施前均显著提高（P均＜0.05）。结论 新形势背景下，眼科护理管理过程中应用持续质量改进模式可显著提升护理管理质量及护理人员的综合素养，并有助于提高患者对护理的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of applying the continuous quality improvement model on the quality of eye care management under the new situation. Methods the study time for May 2023-May 2025, our ophthalmology since May 2023 to implement continuous quality improvement mode, respectively before and after the implementation of each 50 patients as research object, all by 1 group of nursing staff, a total of 15, compare nursing management quality score before and after the implementation, nursing staff comprehensive literacy score and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results After the implementation of the continuous quality improvement model, the nursing management quality score, nursing staff comprehensive literacy score and patients satisfaction with nursing were significantly improved compared with before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion Under the background of the new situation, the application of continuous quality improvement mode in the process of eye care management can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, and help to improve the patients satisfaction with nursing.
