| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析以思维导图为基础的围手术期护理对乳腺癌患者术后并发症及康复效果的影响。方法 时间：2024年1月至2024年12月，对象：接受手术的乳腺癌患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用以思维导图为基础的围手术期护理，对比两组并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 以思维导图为基础的围手术期护理可显著改善患者并发症发生率及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative care based on mind mapping on postoperative complications and rehabilitation effects of breast cancer patients. Methods time: January 2024 to December 2024, target: 102 breast cancer patients undergoing surgery, group: randomized into control group and observation group. The control group used routine care, and the observation group used mind-mapping-based perioperative care to compare the complication rates and quality of life between the two groups. Results The observed group was better than the control group with P <0.05. Conclusion Perioperative nursing based on mind mapping can significantly improve the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
