| 摘要 |
目的 本文探析多协作诊疗的护理干预措施对老年创伤性髋部骨折患者康复的影响。方法 对在我院采取手术治疗的老年创伤性髋部骨折患者进行研究，对比不同护理措施两组患者的应用效果。结果 观察组无论在VAS、Harris、TSK-11评分、并发症发生情况以及生活质量等方面均明显优于对照组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 通过多学科协作诊疗下的护理干预措施，能够为老年创伤性髋部骨折患者提供更加全面、系统的医疗服务，促进其身心全面康复，在临床上值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effects of multi-collaborative nursing interventions on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture. Methods The elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture treated by surgery in our hospital were studied, and the application effect of different nursing measures was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in VAS, Harris, TSK-11 scores, complications and quality of life, and P < 0.05 indicated comparative significance. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures under multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment can provide more comprehensive and systematic medical services for elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture and promote their physical and mental recovery, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
