| 摘要 |
目的 分析慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）采取纽曼护理模式（NSM）的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的CGN患者82例，随机分为观察组（NSM）和对照组（常规护理）各41例，对比效果。结果 观察组治疗依从性、生活质量评分高于对照组，心理状态评分、肾功能水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 NSM应用在CGN患者中效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of the Newman Care Model (NSM) in chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). Methods A total of 82 patients with CGN admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (NSM) and a control group (conventional care), with 41 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Result The treatment compliance and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the psychological state score and renal function level of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion NSM has a good effect in patients with CGN.
